Does anyone know of any cases in which Plaintiffs have sought to amend, substitute or intervene to make the AG, DA, City Attorney, etc. the Plaintiff in order to save a case from being killed by Prop 64? Is so, could you post the briefs/motion papers or sites where such can be found?
