Two new pro-plaintiff Prop. 64 rulings
Two more judges, in San Diego and Sacramento Counties, have issued rulings that Proposition 64 does not apply to pending cases:
- Carpenters Work Preservation Comm. v. A-Mazing Install., Sacramento County Superior Court case no. 04AS02857, Judge Loren E. McMaster (tentative ruling dated 01/27/05)
- City Financial Mortgage Servs., Inc. v. Abdullah, San Diego County Superior Court case no. IC833894, Judge Charles R. Hayes (ruling of 01/28/05) (as reported by a blog reader)
