Court of Appeal issues unpublished opinion in Consumer Advocates v. DaimlerChrysler
This afternoon, the Court of Appeal (Fourth Appellate District, Division Three), issued an unpublished opinion in the Consumer Advocates case. The docket entry reads: "Reversed; motion to dismiss denied. Not for publication." The unpublished opinion is not yet available on the Court's website. At this point, without a copy of the opinion, it is impossible to determine how the Court handled the Prop. 64 retroactivity issue.
