Arizona Cartridge Remanufacturers Assn., Inc. v. Lexmark Int'l, Inc., ___ F.3d ___ (9th Cir. Aug. 30, 2005), the Ninth Circuit addressed the UCL's "unfair" and "fraudulent" prongs, and affirmed an order granting summary judgment in the defendant's favor.
