80 more bloggers weigh in on freedom of the press
SoCal Law Blog reports here that the Bear Flag League, a group of 80 California bloggers, has filed an amicus brief in support of the blogger-petitioners in O'Grady v. Apple Computer, Inc. (Sixth Appellate District, case no. H028579). I took a quick look at the brief, and it reads very well. So far, there is no indication in the docket that any amicus parties have stepped forward to support Apple.
