Four new trial court orders
I've updated my list of Prop. 64 trial court orders with these four, all of which hold that Prop. 64 does NOT apply to pending cases:

- Fanciullo v. American Mortgage Specialists, Inc., San Diego County Superior Court case no. GIC832233, Judge Richard E. Strauss (tentative ruling of 02/04/05)
- In re Bridgestone/Firestone Cases I & II, JCCP nos. 4266, 4270, Sacramento County Superior Court, Judge David De Alba (order dated 02/08/05)
