Another pro-plaintiff Prop. 64 order: Americare v. Medical Capital Corp.
Many thanks to the reader who forwarded a copy of a Prop. 64 order issued on November 29. Orange County Superior Court Judge David T. McEachen held, after a detailed analysis, that Prop. 64 may not be applied to pending cases. Americare v. Medical Capital Corp., Orange County Superior Court case no. 03CC01256, Judge David T.
